Mr. Vishant Kumar Jain is a founder & owner of the firm. He is a post graduate in commerce and a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India with 8 years standing in the profession. He has wide range of experience in the field of Corporate Laws. He is also a Trademark Attorney over a period of five year.

He is certificate holder of 'Insurance Direct Broke' examination conduct by IRDA. NABARD, Lucknow Reginal Office and Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD, Lucknow) has invited him as a speaker on the subject "Producer Company FPO's Companies Act, Compliances" , He has also concluded numbers of practical training session on company law, to enhance the technical capabilities of Board of Directors & KMP's of producer companies "FPO" and SME's.

He has been played pivotal role in convening Board & General Meetings of various companies.

He has Incorporated Good Number of Companies & LLP’s Including Public, Producer, Section-8, & Nidhi's.
He is successfully handling corporate compliances and guiding corporate at management level.
He has attained significant number of hearing at Regional Director, MCA Head Office & NCLT., He also assist in High Courts Hearings in respect of removal of director disqualification.

He is keen to make technology as a part of practice, he always think from the point of business and available resources and do in depth analysis of problem to find out best solution, cost minimisation and risk elimination is always his priority.
